With a very rough sea, much appreciated by surfers, Costa Nova Beach has an extensive sandy beach that extends to the south towards Praia da Vagueira, where sightseers find a beautiful place of recreation. Across the street is the Ria de Aveiro, with very calm waters, excellent for sailing and windsurfing.
Costa Nova captivates a lot because it is reminiscent of the second half of the nineteenth century, but also because it has spectacular landscapes of the Ria, while enjoying the sunset over the ocean. It forms a peninsula that also includes the Barra Beach . Sports you can enjoy in the surroundings: football, tennis, mini golf, cycling, hiking, boating.
