Torrão do Lameiro Beach is also known as Marretas Beach. It has an extensive beach of fine white sand about 3kms in length. Its rough seas and the wilderness make it much appreciated by surfers and bodyboarders.
It is surrounded by a pine forest and dunes, typical of the area, creating an environment of tranquility in communion with nature. On this beach, you can still watch the practice of Xávega art, artisanal fishing with its ancestral techniques.
