Not yet considered a riverside beach, the leisure area of Ponte do Bico, is part of the strategy of enhancement of the river Cávado, and it is intended that in future, this riverside area will be considered as riverside beach.

In this sense, this leisure area is being provided with changing rooms, toilets, a picnic area and a car park.
